                                                 FORTUNA'S APPLE HARVEST 2017

OCT 7TH 9AM - 5PM

Saturday: to include art, collectibles, crafts, antiques & food booths.

 All Booth Spaces approx. 10’wx12’d – If additional space is required a second space must be rented!

Booth space for Vendors is $75.00, after Sept. 22nd $95.00

 Food Booth Vendors $100.00, after Sept. 22nd $120.00

 HEALTH PERMIT REQUIRED!

*Vehicles must be off Main St. by 8:45am vehicles should park in designated parking areas (see map on back)

*Remember: The Health Dept. requires that all food booths have a Health Department Permit.  For questions contact Humboldt County Environmental Health Department: 445-6215. Or on line at: co.humboldt.ca.us

 Set up: 7am to 8:45am *        Show hours: 9am to 5pm        Breakdown times: 5:10pm to 7pm        

 Spaces will be assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis, so REGISTER EARLY!

NO EARLY BREAK DOWN!

 No vehicles on Main St. between 8:45 a.m. & 5:10 p.m.

 All vendor vehicles must park in designated areas (marked by X on map) after unloading booth and merchandise

(No parking on side streets or in alleys) violators will be towed at their own expense, see map on back side. All applicable Fortuna Vehicle & Municipal codes violations will be addressed by the Fortuna Police Dept.
